Tanker Buyers Beware

Hi y'all,

I got wind of some old Tankers heading out into the marketplace that were not part of a licensed US Distribution or dealer sale. Now normally it wouldn't be a big deal as I love to see new folks riding Tankers. As most of you know there are plenty of places to get grey market gear that is cheaper than going through the proper channels. And I recommend buying them on one hand.

On the other hand, you are taking quite a risk.

These boards are not under warranty and I will not be able to handle any warranty issues that arise. We are not aware of where they came from, why there are so many that are being sold, nor how they were stored or transported.

On a similar note our good friends at Hardbooter had a NOS (same year as the Tankers that are being sold)that came back with a blown out sidewall/edge. Now I don't know what happened, just that it is a warranted board because Hardbooter is one of our dealers and they said it needed to be replaced. Done deal, rider gets a new board, shop looks good, Rad-Air has a great reputation.

Again, it is your money, you do what you want with it. I just will not be able to help on any issues.

Thanks for your understanding,
RJ
