Deuce Snowboards created an entirely new category of snowboard, the Dual Edge Snowboard, or DES. Deuce Snowboards had the vision and skill to make it, and we have the contacts to be their first distributor.After picking your jaw up from the floor, the next thing that will amaze you is the craftsmanship and exceptional engineering in the Deuce X-2. Deuce was started by Aerospace and Mechanical engineers that wanted something a little more interesting to design than a rocket. In the pictures it appears as if the chassis is made from black plastic, not so, it is machined from Aerospace Grade 7075-T6 Aluminum. Deuce will tell you straight up that, if all you want is jibbin’, you should stick with the classic snowboard. But, if you want to have the ecstatic feel of riding powder, everyday on the groomers, then the DES is right for you. It is also not for the feint of heart. This thing hauls... It seems that it has a little rocket design in it after all. The guys at Deuce are quick to point out that this is a new type of snowboarding, requiring a modified technique, more akin to surfing.Deuce has specialized these first boards, and the supplies are very limited (less than 100). If you are the type pf person that wants the latest and greatest, and you don’t mind everyone knowing you have it, then there isn’t a better board or pair of skis for you.
