As you can see in the following pictures Rad-Air makes a very ingenius rear-entry binding. Not only can you tighten and loosen the binding from behind as a similar binding like Flow does, but you also have a lock lever that makes sure your boots won't move once you've locked them in place. Step 1. Unlock the highback.
Step 2. Pull heel out of binding, do whatcha need to do, then step back in.
