It has been almost two years in the making and we are now proud to offer a snowboard plate binding that delivers a no compromise level of performance, adjustability, and durability. If you are serious about laying down the perfect carve, then the TD2 is the ultimate binding for you!
Adjustable Cant and Lift
CANT DISK angles: 0 & 6 degrees Then adjust the CANT DISK to achieve any combination of Cant and Lift.
3mm Spacing on Boot Adjustment
The Sole Blocks on the TD2 have precision sizing resolution thanks to the 3mm spacing for the mounting screws on the SOLE BLOCKS. The perfect tension in the boot/binding interface is just 3mm’s away. The TD2 will fit most boots from size M22 to M30.
Fully Suspended Binding
The entire TD2 binding uses a three-piece lower assembly including a large Elastomer Ring that acts as a suspension system. The E-RING comes in soft, medium, and hard to allow the rider to tune the binding to suit their riding style.
360 Degree Stance Angle
The TD2 has 360 degrees of rotation for a precise stance angle and infinite positioning. You want 58.6 degrees on your rear foot, and 61.3 degrees on the front? You got it! Extra large M8 screws will lock you into position.
Indexing System
Delivers easily readable and quantifiable adjustments via the precision laser engraved markings on the CENTER DISK and the BASE PLATE. The indexing system allows you to precisely set your desired stance angle and cant/lift angle.
Polished and Laser Engraved Parts
We spared no expense making sure these beauties looked their best on your favorite stick. Highly polished parts and deep color anodizing, give the TD2 the shine and luster of a work of art. All graphics and adjustment numbers are laser engraved for a binding that will look great long after you do.
Strong and Light Weight
The TD2 is built with high-grade aluminum/stainless steel and machined at the Bomber Industries factory for the highest level of quality control. The TD2 is a full 1/3 lbs (150g) lighter (per set) from its predecessor, the TD1, with no loss in performance. The TD2 maintains that perfect Bomber feel. More binding, less weight, everyone wins. TD2 Standard (w/3 degree disk) = 3.75 lbs / 1700g per set.
Lug to Bail Interface with 30% Stronger Return Spring
Bombers patented lug interface at the ends of the beefy 1/4” (6.35mm) bails guarantees a solid and strong connection to the board. It also allows for Micro-Adjustment of the bail tension if needed. The TD2 torsion return spring is now 30% stronger than found in the TD1. Those bails now stand at attention no matter what the conditions are.
3 and 4 Hole Compatibility
Works for both the three hole and four hole patterns found in almost all snowboards. Specify which one you want at the time of purchase.
All 5mm Allen Socket Hardware / One Key Does it All
All fasteners on the TD2 are high grade stainless steel and are adjusted via the provided 5mm Hex Key. Maintaining the one-tool approach required us to invest in expensive custom fasteners. But, it is worth it. All you need is one 5mm Key and you can mount or make any adjustments.
